About Jack

Tuesdays & Thursday’s

During my student years I trained, qualified and practiced as a Sports massage therapist in London. I moved to Cornwall during the pandemic, surfing and swimming in the cold sea and began practicing Osteopathy and massage in Dorset, joining Osteopath Liza Adams and her team in Bridport – ‘Twist and Shout’. Returning to London, I’ve now joined our team at The College Practice, and continue to work in Bridport at the end of every month.

I specialise in providing high end injury diagnosis, injury management and focus on using manual Osteopathy techniques tailored to the patient to encourage movement and facilitate re-habilitation. I like to use a straightforward structural approach, using spinal and joint adjust-ment techniques, manipulation, soft tissue and mobilisation methods to free tight, sore muscles and joints.

I am a keen believer that educating the patient will achieve the best outcomes with your recovery and I look to provide health education and personalised programmes to help you to better manage your own health and wellbeing outside of your in-person treatments in order to help facilitate making your (you the patient) a full recovery. I want to teach you about your aches and pains and help you get better.
